I have looked for my FB page on Google various times, and trust me it does look disastrous from the point of view of others and you will be judged by a number of people, whether you want it or not. It is better to improve the same if changing is not an option. Very often people tag you in some unwanted posts and tags which you don’t want your viewers to see and it all appears in your Google search results, which is definitely works like a siren for the one who searched for your name at first place. So it is better to keep it as clean as possible.
